Release Older Prisoners (Letters for Liberation #5 from 2006)
A letter calling on California legislators to release all people incarcerated in state prisons who are age 55 and older; includes statistics on older prisoners, as well as quotes from an academic expert.
Instructions:
- Click this link to open the letter to legislators on releasing older prisoners.

- Print two copies of the letter - one for your Assemblymember and one for your State Senator (you'll look up their names and addresses below).
- Add your name, address, and the date where indicated, and sign each letter at the bottom.
- Click this link to go to a website where you can look up the name and address of your Assemblymember and your State Senator.
- Mail or fax a letter to your Assemblymember and one to your State Senator.
