We Can
I remember my first day at VSPW. The females in the cellblock I was assigned to were very mean, violent, and loud. What happened to caring? What happened to overcoming the odds, not agreeing with them? What happened to standing up for what’s right? Just because we are in this situation doesn’t mean that we have to allow it to dictate us as being mean, violent, and loud.
Change your minds, and use this situation as a means to improving your lives, becoming better individuals, and if the structures of the human mind remain unchanged, we will always end up re-creating fundamentally the same world, the same evils, the same dysfunction.
